Trust me, it’s good for you

Call it what you like: belly laugh, cackle, chortle, chuckle, giggle, guffaw, hee-haw, or snicker. Make the time to laugh. It’s really important!

With the change of seasons and the holidays approaching, it’s easy to be sad, tired, or stressed. Between the rush of family, friends, school and work – it’s good to find an escape. Sometimes it’s crafts, food, or a good books. Personally, I usually turn to a favorite movie (Mean Girls), tv show (Seinfeld), book (Bossypants), or tumblr/website (Dog Shaming) to cheer me up!

Here are a few books that - for a variety of reasons - are sure to put a smile on your face! What are your favorites?
