Teen Advisory Counsel

Saturday, November 15

2 PM – 3 PM

Do you think it’s unfair that kids and teens under 18 have to get off of the computers at 5 PM?

Do you think the Woods Run Library should change our computer policy?

If so, then come to next months Teen Advisory Counsel meeting.

The Teen Advisory Counsel will be given the  opportunity to present their case to the Woods Run Library.

And, of course, after all that advocating has made you hungry there will be pizza!

Are you tired of using the same samples over and over?

Have you always secretly wanted to start a jug band but just didn’t know where to begin?

Bookface Revisited

I know you all have been waiting eagerly by your computers since bookface was posted on here a couple of weeks ago.

You’ve been checking the blog everyday and wondering “Are we ever going to see the results of this photographic experiment?”

The answer is yes.

Here of some of the pictoral illusions we created at Woods Run two weeks ago.

If you would like to see more bookface check out the photos on our myspace page
http://www.myspace.com/clp_woodsrun_teens

If you thought bookface was fun checkout www.sleeveface.com. It’s basically the same thing but with album covers.

Bookface

Bookface [book feys] n :
1) When a person obscures or augments any part of their body with a book cover causing an illusion.
2) Bring a book or album cover with a face and we’ll create cool pictures that you can take home or post on your myspace.
