The Last Princess

Need something to read, but can’t make it to the library?

For a limited time, you can read Meg Cabot’s book The Princess Diariesfor free online. Just click here to get started; Princess Mia awaits!

Also, you can enter a contest to win a complete set of the Princess Diaries series at Meg Cabot’s website here. The contest closes on January 1, so be sure to enter soon.

All of this hype is to celebrate the release (on January 6, 2009) of the very last book in the Princess Diaries series, entitled Princess Diaries X: Forever Princess. Keep an eye on the catalog so you can get your copy when it becomes available. Also coming in January ’09 is Ransom My Heart, written by Princess Mia Thermopolis herself (with an introduction by her dear friend Meg Cabot).

If you want some more Meg Cabot to read in the meantime, she has written like a bazillion other books. I know which one is my favorite. Do you?
